Lesson Cancellation Policy

If you have scheduled a lesson and need to cancel, you must give AT LEAST 24 hours notice in writing in order to receive a make-up lesson free of penalty charges.

If you cancel a lesson with LESS than 24 hours notice, you can still schedule a make-up lesson but you will forfeit 50% of the value of the lesson. Please note that if you fail to attend the make-up lesson, you will waive the full value of the class and you will not receive a second rescheduled make up lesson.

No shows or failure to notify within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.

No more than 2 cancellations per set of 5 lessons.

Packages of 5 lessons must be used within 6 weeks.
